The tour itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, seasons, and other objective factors
beyond the control of the organizing unit. However, we will make every effort to ensure the optimal
schedule for your convenience.
Customers are advised to bring: Insect repellent, common cold and fever medications, or any prescribed
medications as instructed by a doctor.
Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
As mountainous tours often involve small vehicles for safety reasons, customers are advised not to bring
bulky or oversized luggage. It is recommended to bring backpacks instead of hard suitcases.
Due to the nature of individual tour joining, please ensure you arrive on time for the departure to avoid
inconveniencing other members of the group. If you arrive late, the maximum waiting time for the
vehicle is 10 minutes, after which you will be considered to have canceled the tour.
At the end of the tour, we will drop off customers at a single point, which is the Hanoi Opera House.
Customers are responsible for arranging their own taxi back to their hotels or accommodations.
For mountainous tour routes, we roughly classify hotel grades to rate services. This classification is
mainly based on room rental prices and room quality comparison among hotels in the same area, rather
than relying on the star rating standards issued by the tourism department.
