This journey brings you closer to the breathtaking landscapes of Northwest Vietnam and the vibrant cultures of ethnic minorities. Explore the stunning Muong Hoa Valley, admire majestic Fansipan Peak, and immerse yourself in the daily life of the Hmong, Dao, and Dzay people.
– Children from 01 to 04 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all expenses for the
child, without occupying a seat on the vehicle). 02 adults are only entitled to accompany 01
complimentary child, for the second child onwards, 90% of the tour price will be charged (standard
as charged for children).
– From 05 to 08 years old: Charged 90% of the adult tour price (separate meal, separate seat on the
vehicle. If the child is tall and has good weight, and requires a separate bed, the tour price will be
charged as an adult, and the room type will be changed to a family room).
– Children from 09 years old and above are considered adults.
Note: If 01 adult accompanies 01 child aged 1 – 4 years old and wishes to stay in a separate room,
a single room supplement of 500,000 VND/tour will be charged. If 01 adult accompanies 01 child
aged 5 – 8 years old and wishes to stay in a separate room, the child will be charged as an adult.
– Change of departure date at least 15 days before departure: No penalty (Only allowed to change the
date once, from the second time onwards, a penalty of 30% will be applied).
– Cancellation immediately after registration up to 45 days before departure: Free cancellation.
– Within 30 – 44 days from the departure date: 30% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
– Within 15 – 29 days from the departure date: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
– Within 6 – 14 days from the departure date: 70% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
– Within 5 days from the departure date or no-show on the departure date: 100% cancellation fee of
the total tour price.
Note: Depending on which condition occurs first, we will apply that condition.
– In case Group A cancels the tour due to being denied procedures at the airport because of personal
documents/ID card issues, our company will not be held responsible for this incident. The tour cost
will not be refunded in this case.
– If Group B cannot organize the tour as scheduled due to force majeure events such as epidemics,
natural disasters, floods, wars, etc., Group B will reschedule a new departure date or refund 100%
of the tour cost. In case of any additional costs incurred, both parties will discuss and reach an
agreement. (Note: rain alone does not constitute a force majeure event if the tour can still proceed
as planned.)
– Customers are required to bring valid personal identification (ID card or passport) for
accommodation registration.
– Customers are advised to bring: mosquito repellent, common cold and fever-reducing medicine,
or any prescribed medication as recommended by their doctor.
– The tour itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, seasonal factors,
and other objective elements beyond the control of the organizer. However, we will make every
effort to ensure the most optimal itinerary for your convenience.
– Services not used during the trip will not be refunded.
– For safety during trekking, please do not bring bulky or oversized luggage. Backpacks are
recommended.
– As this is a join-in tour, please arrive on time for departure to avoid inconveniencing other group
members. In case of lateness, the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes; after that, you will be
considered as having canceled the tour.
08h00 – 08h30: Local tour guide and car pick-up at the hotel or Sapa town center.
08h30: You will board the car and depart for Lao Chai village. On the way, you will stop at
scenic viewpoints to admire the Muong Hoa Valley from above and capture the most
beautiful morning moments of Sapa.
09h00: Upon arriving at Lao Chai village, you will get off the car and walk about 1.6 km
into the village. Along the way, you will pass by winding terraced rice fields stretching
along the mountain slopes and a gentle stream at the foot of the majestic Hoang Lien Son
range.
09h30 – 10h00: As you enter the village, you will stop at a traditional H’mong house,
which preserves unique cultural values, to listen to stories about the local customs,
traditions, and daily life of the ethnic people here.
10h00 – 10h45: Experience wearing traditional H’mong clothing. When dressed in colorful
brocade outfits, you will feel the distinct beauty and unique culture of the local people. You
can also take part in activities such as grinding corn and rice with stone mills, learning
natural dyeing techniques, and practicing traditional beeswax painting of the Black
H’mong in Sapa.
10h45 – 11h30: You will walk about 2 km to Ta Van village, home of the Giay people, to
explore their impressive culture, unique customs, and rich traditions.
11h30 – 13h30: You will join in preparing and enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, followed
by free time to relax.
13h30 – 14h00: Walk to La Dao Spa. On the way, you will stop to learn about the
architecture and traditional culture of the Giay people in Ta Van village.
14h00 – 15h30: You will experience the traditional herbal bath of the Red Dao people and
enjoy the stunning scenery from one of the most beautiful spas with the best view and
atmosphere in Sapa.
15:30 – 17:00: Guests will be picked up at Ta Van village and taken back to the hotel in
Sapa.
18:00: Guests will have dinner at the Sapa central restaurant and are free to enjoy leisure
activities in the evening.
Free time to explore Sapa at night.
07:30: Guests wake up and enjoy breakfast at the hotel restaurant.Then check out the hotel.
08:30: Our guide and vehicle will pick you up to visit Fansipan Legend by cable car for an
incredible journey to the “Indochina Roof,” standing at 3,143 meters above sea level. You
will begin your ascent via cable car and then proceed on foot to the summit. Enjoy the fresh
air and stunning panoramic views from the top. (Not including the Fansipan cable car
ticket).
11:00: Visiting Ban May at Sun World Fansipan Legend – a place to connect the beauty of
Northwest culture in a concentrated space for visitors to easily experience. This is the only
place in Sa Pa where visitors can experience the life of highland ethnic groups such as SaPa
H’Mong, Dien Bien H’Mong, Xa Pho, Tay, Giay, Red Dao, Thai, Ha Nhi in the same day, at
the same location.
11:45: Following the visit, a provided lunch will be served.
13:30: The vehicle and guide will take you back to your hotel in the center of Sapa.
Afternoon Options: Choose your preferred afternoon activity and departure plan:
Option 1: Early Afternoon Departure to Hanoi (Approx. 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM): For guests
departing to Hanoi by bus or limousine van this afternoon, your guide will facilitate your
transfer to the bus station, where your tour concludes.
Option 2: Sapa Market Visit (Evening Departure/Extended Stay): If you are departing to
Hanoi in the evening by bus or train, or staying longer in Sapa, join your guide for a visit to
the vibrant Sapa local market before the tour concludes.
