- The location of the island is near the sea, and there can be big waves and strong winds depending on the weather, so please follow the regulations, and instructions of the staff and management on the island to ensure your safety.
- For those who make their own way to Tran Chau, please be at Tran Chau Harbor before 11:30 AM.
- Please inform us about your special diet, and personal information including full name, gender, year of birth, and the province of permanent residence at least 1 day before the departure date. If you travel with a child, please provide a photo of the birth certificate.
- Elderly guests with cardiovascular diseases are recommended to consider carefully before participating in the trekking/climbing program. Young children should have parents to accompany them and take close care.
- Bring swimwear, sports shoes, climbing shoes, and anti-mosquito spray if you want to swim, or trek in the mountains.
- Bring camera equipment to save the beautiful images only available on the Island.
- Do not bring outside drinks to the Island.
- The island is located quite close to the center of Cat Ba, so 3G and 4G internet are very good, and convenient for you to access the network.
